New features of CAESAR II version 5.20:

Analysis Features:

Ø      ISO-14692 code added to address the analysis of fiber reinforce piping (FRP).

Ø      The following piping codes revised: B31.1, B31.8, GPTC/Z380, AME NC, ASME ND.

Ø      Ten additional wind codes added to the static load setup.

Ø      Permitted number of static load cases increased from 99 to 999.

Productivity Features:

Ø      Loop Optimization Wizard added to assist in expansion loop design.

Ø      Seismic Wizard added to help determine the G factor in static seismic loading conditions for three codes.

Ø      Buried Pipe Modeler improved to support the American LifeLines Alliance as a second soil stiffness method.

Ø      Valve/flange insertion routine modified to "cut back" the straight pipe length.

Ø      File open dialog improved to allow the "roll-back" to earlier revisions of the (piping) input.

Internationalization Features:

Ø      JPI and HPGSL piping codes partially implemented.

Ø      Mexican seismic code added to the dynamic input module for the automated generation of response spectra.

Interface and Output Features:

Ø      Flange symbols are now drawn on the piping elements if flange ratings have been requested.

Ø      "User writeable" subdirectories moved from below "\caesarii" to the "%allusersprofile" area.

Ø      Automatic email generation ability (for Technical Support issues).

Ø      A number of drop lists added to the piping input spreadsheet to assist with input specification.

Ø      MS Excel export option added for static output data.

Ø      Spring hanger table definition improved with three checkboxes:
